YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will process enquiries, complaints or technical problems of our customers in close cooperation with the responsible departments.
  • You monitor the processing times with the help of an IT tool
  • You record your customer contacts, as well as their satisfaction with our products and report this to the customer service management
  • You contribute your experience to the further development of our products and to the improvement of our service offer

YOUR SKILLS

  • High degree of independence and customer orientation
  • Enthusiasm for robotics and new technologies
  • Organisational talent and reliability
  • Training in (information) technological profession or comparable professional experience
  • Ability to communicate technical requirements in German and English
